Prepare for the Districts LandRush

The future marketplace for real-world assets (RWA)

Mark your calendars: the LandRush begins on April 15th!

This is your chance to claim your piece of the Districts ecosystem, a next-generation virtual world built for real utility, direct future links to real-world assets (RWAs), and network interoperability.

Whether you’re a long-time $RIO supporter or new to the space, this guide will help you get ready for launch — and show you why Districts represent the future of digital ownership, where utility, value, and long-term growth all come together.

What You’ll Need to Claim Land

The LandRush is the initial phase of the Districts platform. It is designed to allow users to claim virtual land parcels, known as Land Pixels, by depositing Native Realio Network Tokens ($RIO), into the Land Bank. This phase plays a critical role in establishing the foundation of the Districts token economy and decentralizing governance over time.

Before the LandRush begins, make sure you have everything in place:

  • 5,000 $RIO on the Realio Network (plus gas fees) — This is your key to claiming land.

  • EVM-Compatible Web3 Wallet (like MetaMask) — You’ll use this wallet to store and connect your Native $RIO, as well as receive and manage the Land Pixels and $DSTRX you receive when claiming land in Districts.

A full guide on how to prepare can be found here.

How to Get Native $RIO

By design, $RIO is interoperable across multiple blockchains—including Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), Algorand, Stellar, Solana, and the Realio Native Network—so you can find it in a variety of places. Ultimately, you’ll need Native $RIO on its Native network, the Realio Network, to claim Land Pixels during the LandRush.

Below is a high-level overview of acquiring $RIO pre-LandRush on your preferred chain.

  • Acquire $RIO on an Exchange or DEX

For a full list of examples of where to get $RIO, click here.

  • Bridge to the Realio Native Network*

    • Once you have non-Native $RIO (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20), you’ll want to move it onto the Realio Network via the Realio Platform

    • After bridging, you’ll have Native $RIO recognized by the Realio chain—a prerequisite for Districts

  • Send Native $RIO to Your EVM Wallet

    • Add the Realio Network as a custom network in your Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask)

    • Transfer your Native $RIO from the Realio Platform to your 0x... address

    • Done! Your $RIO is now “native” and EVM-ready, primed for claiming land in Districts

*Note: When the Districts LandRush begins, a bridge will be live within Districts platform, eliminating the need to use the Realio Platform to bridge your $RIO tokens to Native. Initially, the $RIO bridge will support transfers between the Native (Realio Network) blockchain, Ethereum (ERC-20), and BNB Chain (BEP-20), enabling seamless movement of assets across these networks. Additionally, the bridge will be available for $DSTRX, the governance token of the Districts economy, on the same blockchains.

Why $RIO

$RIO is the utility token of the Realio Network and the gateway into Districts. It’s used to claim virtual land parcels, known as Land Pixels, anchoring land ownership directly into the Realio ecosystem. When you deposit 5,000 Native $RIO into the Land Bank, you receive:

  • A Minted Land Pixel: tied to real-world geographical coordinates

  • $DSTRX Tokens: the governance token that gives you a voice in shaping Districts’ future

20% of all $RIO deposited for land claims is burned, reducing supply. The remaining 80% is securely held, establishing a stable economic foundation ensuring long-term sustainability for users and the broader ecosystem.

This means $RIO plays a critical role in accessing land, while $DSTRX powers governance within Districts itself. $RIO can also fuel:

  • On-Chain Transactions & Actions — $RIO handles network fees

  • Real-World Asset Integration — as real-world assets (RWAs) are brought on-chain, $RIO will help settle and verify transactions tied to these assets

  • Cross-Chain Flexibility — as the native token of Realio Network, $RIO seamlessly connects Districts to the world of Web3

In short, $RIO gets you in the door, and $DSTRX gives you a seat at the table—while the burn mechanism ensures long-term value by reducing overall supply.

Built for Utility, Not Hype

Beyond leveraging $RIO, Districts is designed with utility first — every Land Pixel is more than virtual real estate. Each piece is programmable, upgradeable, and connected to a dynamic system that supports decentralized infrastructure, modular design, and the potential for real value.

This isn’t a speculative sandbox — it’s a framework for digital development. Whether you want to build decentralized applications, anchor real-world assets (RWAs), or shape the future skyline of New York City, Districts is a platform designed for creation and innovation, not just aesthetics. Best of all, your $DSTRX governance tokens give you a direct voice in shaping that future.

Why Participate

The LandRush is your first step into the Districts ecosystem, where digital ownership meets real-world value. If you’ve been waiting for a virtual world with actual economic substance, this is it!

Get ready. Secure your $RIO. Add your network. And claim your place in Districts.
