The wait is almost over! We are thrilled to announce that the anticipated launch time for the Districts’ LandRush is April 15th at 12:00 PM EST, the first-ever opportunity to claim your virtual land in New York! 

The Vision

Districts is a pioneering digital frontier—a versatile, user-driven virtual world where individuals can experience blending creativity, community, and commerce. More than just a virtual space, Districts is the next evolution for real-world asset (RWA) integration, a decentralized marketplace for the growing array of digital assets.

At the core of Districts is the Realio Network, with the Realio Network Token ($RIO), the gas and utility token of the Network, serving as the primary token to begin participation in Districts. 

$RIO holders gain exclusive access to claim virtual land parcels with real-world geographical coordinates, known as Land Pixels, by depositing 5,000 Native $RIO into the Land Bank. In exchange, they receive a minted Land Pixel of their choice, and  $DSTRX governance tokens, enabling active participation in shaping what Districts will become. The $DSTRX token will also have a fair launch on Uniswap concurrent with the first LandRush.

Districts’ tokenomics are grounded in transparency and long-term sustainability. For each land claim, 20% of the $RIO deposited is permanently burned, reducing supply, while the remaining 80% is held within the Land Bank to support the platform’s economic foundation.

The Land Bank acts as the economic foundation of Districts, stabilizing the value of virtual land and incentivizing long-term participation. Designed to ensure sustainable growth, the Land Bank redistributes incentives to active participants, making tokenomics a crucial aspect of ownership and long-term success in Districts.

What Can You Expect?

Districts is set to redefine digital ownership with its highly anticipated first-ever LandRush event in New York. Here’s a quick preview of what’s to come at launch:

• Claim Virtual Land: Select and mint a Land Pixel to begin your digital real estate journey. Receive $DSTRX governance tokens for each minted land.

• Buy Virtual Land from other Users: Explore the Marketplace to find unique Land Pixels and expand your portfolio.

• Sell Virtual Land to other Users: Manage and list your claimed Land Pixels on the Marketplace for others to discover.

• Sell Virtual Land to the Land Bank for the “Floor Price”: Sell your Land Pixels to the Land Bank in exchange for the Floor Price in $RIO tokens. Land Pixels can always be returned to the Land Bank, but there is a 7-day unbonding period to receive $RIO back on newly minted Land Pixels.

• Personalize your Districts experience and share with friends: Choose your unique username and invite others to explore your Land Pixels.

To claim a Land Pixel, you’ll need to:

• Set a reminder for April 15th at 12:00 PM EST —the LandRush begins then!

• Have an EVM-Compatible Web3 Wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to connect to Districts with 5,000 Native $RIO (plus gas fees) to claim a Land Pixel. Once minted, your Web3 Wallet will hold your Land Pixel NFT and your $DSTRX tokens.
