THE LAND BANK

In the ever-evolving digital world of Districts, virtual land ownership serves as a cornerstone of the community. To support landowners, we’re introducing the Districts Land Bank—a central feature designed to enhance the experience of virtual land ownership. The Land Bank will help stabilize the dynamic nature of the virtual real estate environment.

The concept is straightforward: the Land Bank serves as a resource for landowners, offering options and flexibility while contributing to a consistent value structure within the ecosystem. Whether you’re an early adopter looking to engage with virtual land or a newcomer exploring opportunities, the Land Bank aims to assist you in managing your virtual land experience.

How It Will Work*

1. Claim: When you claim a Land Pixel, you will mint an NFT to unlock unrestricted tokens.

2. Trade: You can hold on to your Land Pixels, or you will be able to trade them on the Districts Marketplace with a portion of each transaction allocated directly to the Land Bank strengthening the virtual economy.

3. Secure: The Land Bank adds a unique layer of flexibility by allowing you to return your Land Pixel at the current floor price, ensuring you have options that fit your needs.

4. Re-claim: If market conditions improve, you can reclaim previously returned land at the current price, plus a small fee, allowing you to re-engage with Districts when it suits you.

5. Create: In future phases, you will have the opportunity to create and build on your Land Pixels, adding further depth to your virtual land experience and contributing to the community.

2. INTUITIVE VIRTUAL LAND OWNERSHIP DESIGN

Claiming, owning, and managing virtual land will be simpler than ever. Our design team has meticulously crafted a streamlined land-claiming process, giving you the freedom to easily secure and develop your digital real estate in Districts. The decentralized architecture and smart contracts of Districts will allow users self-sovereignty over Land Pixels and efficient tools to tap into the power of the free market for trading and working with them.

3. RARE GENESIS NFTs

We've got something exciting in store for those fortunate enough to have claimed one of the rare Realio Genesis NFTs. These exclusive NFTs were available to anyone who had staked at least 10,000 RIO during a specific period. Out of the 100 NFTs that could be claimed, 10 holders received the rare ones, each tied to a specific location. We'll be incorporating something special for these locations within Districts.
